The Apartment

Your Lagos Muralhas (Portuguese for Town walls) magnificent 2-bedroom apartment is in a recently built residential complex and it is furnished to a high ‘home-from-home’ standard. The kitchen is fully fitted with a 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, coffee-maker, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while 2nd bedroom has two single beds, and both bedrooms have sliding door access to one of the two apartment balconies. Next to both bedrooms is the main bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink unit with large mirror and bidet. The second bathroom is fitted with a toilet, sink unit & bidet and both bathrooms are newly refurbished.

The large living room has two long sofas and a wide dining table with six chairs, surrounded by original Lagos-themed paintings. The living room also has a Smart TV that can be programmed with your Netflix account and access to European channels. The ceramic tiled living room also has reliable broadband & WiFi, plus a Bluetooth Audio system and a mini book sharing library. For the colder winter and hotter summer months, the apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room.

Outside are two private terraces, a very large balcony accessed from the living room and kitchen with a garden table, chairs and sun-loungers, parasol and overlooking the Town Park & beach. The large balcony is great for outdoor breakfast while gazing at the Park’s 13th Century Town walls, the church spires of the old Town Centre, plus the spa calming Monchique Mountains and a wide view of Lagos’ main Meia Praia beach. The two bedrooms lead onto a smaller balcony at apartment Complex’s front square, with table & chairs for south facing sunny winter breakfasts alongside our collection of potted cacti.

You will have private access to the Complex’s Pool, toilets and gardens, which are 100% solar powered and the gardens have a large communal area with sun loungers, a children’s swimming pool and an adult pool, plus a manicured local fauna & flora garden with vine-shaded picnic seating areas.
